New students will have the opportunity to develop their skills, while more experienced students with new horses or particular issues will revisit how to effectively and consistently apply these foundational skills to any situation. Our final series of workshops this year will address group riding skills through drill team exercises and our end-of-the-year Fun Day games! This series is a fun way for students to learn how to apply their horsemanship skills in a variety of situations while navigating working cooperatively with other horses and riders. The dates are:
Lastly, the schedule for our indoor winter series, A Short Course in Horsemanship, will be out in November. This series consists of four classroom presentations with visual aids and is a wonderful introduction to authentic horsemanship. These classes can be given anywhere, and are a great way to work on your horsemanship skills and connect with other students during the winter months!
